The Young Talent Music Competition (YTMC) is back! After the successful completion of seven annual editions in the UAE since 2019, along with its debut edition in Goa, India, we are excited to continue our journey of discovering and nurturing musical talent.

The 8th Edition of YTMC will be held in Dubai during October and November this year.

Founded and hosted by musician and music producer Nelson D’Souza under the Muzikminds label, YTMC continues to celebrate its vibrant and competitive spirit—offering a dynamic platform for young musicians to showcase their skills and passion.

Since its inception in 2019, this platform has become a launchpad for budding musical talent, adapting through the pandemic with an online edition in 2020, and returning stronger than ever in-person from 2021 onwards.

About Muzikminds

Muzikminds is a music label founded and led by Nelson D’souza, dedicated to nurturing musical talent and delivering high-quality music experiences across the UAE, India and the Gulf region. Our core services span Music Training, Production, and Distribution, with a strong focus on empowering the next generation of musicians.

Mr. Nelson D’souza, the founder, brings a wealth of experience as a performer and music mentor, having collaborated with renowned ensembles such as the Dubai Chamber Choir, the Paranjothi Choir, and the Bombay Chamber Orchestra, performing internationally. His passion extends into the community, frequently serving as a judge for music contests in schools and cultural events.
